What to Expect in a Session?
I understand that you may be nervous before your first session, so you must know what to expect.
I work in a relaxed, friendly way from home, which is comfortable and welcoming. I firmly believe in the power of humour and the importance of empathy, kindness and support. Ensuring you feel safe, respected and listened to is crucial to me. This is your process, so it is tailored to what you want. You are in control and have the final say in what we do.
One of the great things about this type of meeting is that you don’t need to explain why you feel a certain way if you don’t want to, I just need to know how you feel, in what situation and the effect that has on your life. You will not be asked to tell me anything you don’t want to. Our main focus will be on the future, finding the most efficient way to move forward and achieve what you want.
At the beginning of the session, we will work together to set an achievable goal for you. Once that goal has been set, I will use NLP through chatty conversation, questioning and discussing things with you. Often, these conversations enable you to see things completely differently, right from the beginning. Sometimes, in future sessions, we may decide that IMTE or hypnotherapy will benefit you.
To close, we will briefly reflect on what we have covered and plan your next steps. I will likely suggest some things for you to do at home to help.

Who I Am
My name is Monika. I was born in Poland and spent the last 20 years in Paris, California, and finally, Bristol, which became my home.
Like many of you, all my life, I had to face losses and constant change.
I lost my father when I was 22 I lost my brother two years ago.
I’ve been travelling and moving from one place to another, learning new languages, and cultures, and meeting new people.
I’ve been learning new skills and changing jobs. Even now, I never stop learning and growing
All that was challenging and led me to the point where I am now.
